planning: Environmental Document Preparation (CEQA and NEPA)
At the request of the City of Yuba City Public Works Department, Provost & Pritchard completed the environmental compliance document for the Barry School Pipeline Project. This project is intended to provide safe, reliable, and efficient water service to Barry Elementary School by extending the City’s water system. The completed environmental document analyzes the impacts to the environment for the length of the 1.2-mile pipeline. The City anticipates that the project will receive funding through State Water Resources Control Board Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (SRF), so in addition to compliance with the provisions of CEQA, Provost & Pritchard also completed the Evaluation Form for Federal Environmental Coordination in accordance with NEPA guidelines.
