Provost & Pritchard Adds Four New Employees in Spring 2018

FRESNO, CA:  The Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group team continues to grow with the addition of four new staff members: Sara Allinder, AICP, a senior planner, and Jordan Noel, an associate technician, will be working in the firm’s Fresno office; Greg Feaver, an assistant technician, will be based out of the Clovis office; and Kimberly Sobin, an assistant engineer, will be in the Bakersfield office.

 

“We are very pleased to add these four individuals to our talented team of professionals,” said Ronald Samuelian, Provost & Pritchard’s president.  “Sara brings years many years of experience and ability to expand planning services to our clients. Jordan, Greg and Kimberly will help strengthen our water resources and municipal engineering teams.”

 

Allinder brings nearly 20 years of experience in the field of planning to the firm. She graduated from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo with a master’s degree in city and regional planning, with an emphasis in land use planning. Her experience includes preparing General Plan and development code updates for municipalities throughout California. She has also processed entitlement applications including site plan reviews, conditional use permits, variances, rezones, plan amendments, subdivision maps, annexations, and associated environmental reviews. Allinder previously worked for the City of Fresno’s Planning and Building Department before becoming a consultant.

 

Noel joins the firm after spending 17 years working with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as a bridge designer. As part of the Provost & Pritchard team, Noel will provide engineers with CAD drafting services for municipal projects, specifically road design projects throughout the Central Valley.

 

Feaver is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology. He has experience in agricultural and water resources projects and will be an asset to the firm’s water resources team in the Clovis office.

 

Sobin joins the Bakersfield office after previously working as an assistant engineer with the City of Lodi. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in environmental systems and minors in engineering mechanics and mathematics. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of California Riverside and her experience includes completing water resource development projects for capital improvement programs.
